The answers:

Q: How do I save a ringtone?

A: Once you have access to the site from the phone's browser, locate the ringtone you wish to download. Using the stylus, select the ringtone by pushing the stylus pen down on the screen. You'll be asked to download the tone and you'll have three options, 1) Yes, 2) Save as..., and 3) Cancel. Select "Yes" from the menu and then go back to the main menu of the phone.

Click the "Start" menu item in the top left corner with the stylus and locate "Settings" from the menu. You need to make sure your phone is set to the "Personal" tab on the bottom of the screen. Once it is set to personal, locate the "Sound and Notifications" menu item and select it using the stylus. Once selected, you'll need to select "Notifications" from the bottom tab and then click "Events" from the top of the new menu items. From the "Events" menu find and select "Incoming Call" and you'll get the option for ring type and "Ringtone". Select the ringtone you saved by clicking the menu next to "Ringtone" and then click "OK" from the top right corner of the phone to save the changes.

Q: How do I make it so that when a contact calls a specific ringtone is played?

A: From the main menu of the phone select the "Start Menu" tab from the top left corner of the phone with the stylus. Once the menu appears locate "Contacts" and select it using the stylus. Locate the contact you wish to set a tone to and highlight it. Once the contact is highlighted click the "Menu" tab in the bottom right corner of the phone and select "Edit" from the list that comes up.

Here you'll see "Ringtone" and you'll need to click the name of the ringtone set on the contact with the stylus and a list of ringtones will appear. Locate the desired tone from the list and click it using the stylus. Once it is selected you'll need to click "OK" in the top right corner of the phone to save the changes.

Q: Is it possible to access the site from a computer then transfer the ringtones to the phone?

A: If you do not have a data plan with the phone or would prefer to download the tones to your computer you may access the site via the instructions you received when you purchased the product. If you have trouble locating the information you can always e-mail us at support@terratial.net and our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

Using the equipment for hooking up the phone to the computer you'll need to connect the two. Once you have the phone's folder menu open in your computer, you'll need to save the tone to phone by dragging the file from the computer to the SD card or phone's memory.

Click the "Start" menu item in the top left corner with the stylus and locate "Settings" from the menu. Select the option and you'll need to make sure your phone is set to the "Personal" tab on the bottom of the screen. Once it is set to personal, locate "Sound and Notifications" menu item and select it using the stylus.

Q: How do I make my ringtones louder?

A: On the main menu of the phone, the volume tab is top right corner of the screen. It is right next to the display time of the phone. You'll need to click the icon with your stylus and you'll be able to select the volume level as you see it.
