The answers:
A: Once you have access to the site from the phone's browser, locate the ringtone you wish to download. Using the stylus, select the ringtone by pushing the stylus pen down on the screen. You will be sent to a page which lets you play the ringtone, save the ringtone, or copy to ringtones. We prefer that you "Copy to Ringtones" if this is your first time saving a ringtone to the Palm. Once you have saved the file to the phone, you will be asked to verify the name of the ringtone. After verifying the ringtone go to your main menu and find the sound tab and select it using the stylus or menu button.
You want to be sure that the "Application" at the very top on this menu is set to ringtone. In the known and unknown caller section you may edit the setting by clicking the screen with the stylus pen. Once you click the option a list of ringtones will appear which will also have the file name of the ringtone you saved. Select the tone from the list and this will now be your universal ringtone. Be sure to also click "Done" in the bottom left corner once you've finished changing your settings.

A: In order to save a ringtone please refer the question titled "I'm not sure how to save a ringtone". Assuming you have successfully saved the ringtone by selecting "Copy to Ringtones" on the phone, you'll need to locate "Contacts" from the main menu of the phone and select it using the menu button or the stylus pen. Once you're in the list of contacts find the specific contact you'd like to set the tone for and select the individual using the stylus pen.
Once you've selected the contact, you'll need to click the "Edit" tab on bottom of the screen. Here you'll be able to change the ringtone for the contact by using the stylus to click the "Ringtone" tab under the "Picture" tab. Once you click the option a list of ringtones will appear which will also have the file name of the ringtone you saved. Select the tone from the list and be sure to click the "Done" tab at the bottom of the screen to save the new settings.
You may set the contact back to the default ringtone by following the same instructions above, expect you want to be sure you select "Default" in the ringtone list.
Q: Is it possible to access the site from a computer then transfer the ringtones to the phone?
A: If you do not have a data plan with the phone or would prefer to download the tones to your computer you may access the site via the instructions you received when you purchased the product. Using the USB cable for linking the phone to the computer you'll need to connect the two. Once you have the phone's folder menu open in your computer, you'll need to save the tone to the phone by dragging the file from the computer to the SD card or phone's memory. Once you save the tone from the computer to the phone, you'll need to go to the "Sounds" tab on the main menu of your phone.

Once the folder which contains the ringtone has been selected, in the known and unknown caller section you may edit the setting by clicking the screen with the stylus pen. Once you click the option a list of ringtones will appear which will also have the file name of the ringtone you saved. Select the tone from the list and this will now be your universal ringtone. Be sure to also click "Done" tab in the bottom left corner once you've finished changing your settings.
Q: How do I make my ringtones louder?
A: Go into the "Sounds" tab on the main menu of the phone and locate the "Volume" tab and under the "Application" tab. Select it by using the stylus pen and you'll be allowed to change the setting of the phone's sound output. Please set the tone to whatever feels comfortable and then click the "Done" tab at the bottom to save the settings.
